Curriculum

All our courses have the translation to foreign languages available

The subjects in the curriculum at the Westmount Academy are all available in subtitles of different languages to cater to students worldwide. We have enabled instant foreign language translation to serve students from all localities who are non-native or non English speaking. As per our mission to break down language, caste, or creed barriers, we aim to educate deserving students from all ethnicities.

As the students attend the pre recorded interactive classes, they may opt to go for native subtitles and read everything that is being said on the same screen. This way, each student, whether their first language is English or not, can understand the lessons without any inconvenience.

We provide monthly progress reports

We entertain a policy to issue a monthly progress report of each student to be sent to the parent’s personal contact information. This report is auto generated using software that provides multiple insights and comments besides displaying the scored grades. Here’s a breakdown of what it will include:

  1. Data about time and effort that is invested in every class, including what needs to be worked on.
  2. A “course completed” section indicating the percentage of goal completion using color-coded squares.
  3. A target completion section indicating how far along the student should be in each course.
  4. Besides the overall grades scored in every subject, the report will also display other grades such as:
  • An actual grade in case the student is falling behind, this is the grade they may receive if their grades are adjusted.
  • The completed count: indicates the percentage of course activities that the student has completed up-till yet.
